Alfred Rosenbaum, M.D., is in charge of radiation oncology at the Rosetta Radiology Center. He is on the attending staff of Mount Sinai Medical Center where he also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology.
Dr. Rosenbaum earned his medical degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Munich, Germany's elite University. He served as an intern at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn and completed his residency in radiology and radiation oncology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He subsequently earned a fellowship in diagnostic radiology at Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx.
Dr. Rosenbaum is certified by the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the American College of Radiology and was awarded a Fellowship by the American College of Radiation Oncology. He is a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine, member of the RSNA, the NY Metropolitan Breast Society, theAmerican College of Nuclear Physicians, the American Roentgenray Society, the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and of the American Society of Breast Disease .
Dr. Rosenbaum has been listed as a Best Doctor by Castle Connolly, by New York Magazine and Ladies Home Journal. Dr. Rosenbaum has authored multiple professional articles and presented papers at national and international conferences.
